You know the Rock Ranch is the place to go for some family fun, but you might not realize that it’s also the place to go for some fresh strawberries. The ranch is hosting the 8th Annual Strawberry Festival on April 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $13 for everyone over the age of two, and you’ll get to have a lot of fun for that low price. If you love fresh home-grown strawberries, you won’t want to miss this event.
About the Strawberry Festival
Just what is a Strawberry Festival? Think fresh strawberries as far as the eye can see. You can have the team at Rock Ranch pick them for you, or you can grab a bucket and pick them yourself.
There will also be strawberry ice cream and other strawberry-related food. Plus, Strawberry Shortcake and the Strawberry Princess will be there. See, it really is strawberries as far as the eye can see, in one form or another.
It’s not just about strawberries, either. You can also enjoy the other activities available at Rock Ranch.
Hit the Zip Line
You have to pay an extra fee to use the zip line, but it’s well worth the money. It’s just adventurous enough to get your adrenaline pumping a little bit, but it’s not scary. Little kids probably won’t like the zip lines, but if your kids are a little bit older, the entire family can give it a try. Don’t be surprised if the zip line becomes your favorite activity at the entire ranch – and that’s saying something. This place is filled to the brim with exciting things to do.
The petting zoo is free with your admission, and it is also so much fun. Your kids can hang out with donkeys, pigs, and more at the zoo. These animals are as happy as can be, and they obviously love it when kids come by to visit them. You will get lots of amazing pictures when you hang out at the petting zoo.

Catch Some Fish
You can also go cane pole fishing without paying anything extra. This is the perfect introduction to fishing for little kids, and adults have fun, too. The lake is stocked, so you might pull one out of the water, but even if you don’t, you’ll still have a great time.
You might not walk away with a fish from Rock Ranch, but you can drive away with a new vehicle from a Hennessy Cars dealership. Stop by, take one or two out for a test drive, and sign the paperwork. Then, you can take your new ride to the Strawberry Festival and everywhere else you want to go.
