About the Event
During Garden Lights, Holiday Nights, the botanical garden is full of lights. There are around 2 million in all, and they light up the garden.
These aren’t just regular lights, though. There are some really cool exhibits.
Last year, the botanical garden debuted the Nature’s Wonders exhibit, and it will be back again this year. This contains more than 1,600 strands of lights. These lights have more than 70,000 color-changing pixels. The lights are synchronized to music, and it’s quite a show. You’ll want to check it out, even if you saw it last year. The botanical garden has changed up the routine, using new music and movement this year.
The Imaginary Worlds exhibit is also breathtaking. You never know what might pop up at this exhibit. Be sure to look for the Earth Goddess in the fountain. It’s normal to hear people gasp when she appears in the exhibit.

There will be some new things at the event too. The Skylights Lounge will make its debut in the Skyline Garden this year. You’ll see a bunch of sculptures made of lights in this new exhibit. It’s really out of this world.
