The Atlanta Botanical Garden is hosting Concerts in the Garden again this summer. The concerts take place on the Great Lawn in Atlanta and feature some of the best acts around. When Bruce Hornsby takes the stage on July 13, expect for there to be a big crowd. The Grammy award-winning artist has spent his career putting out one hit song after the next, including “The Way it Is” and “Across the River.” Expect him to play his full lineup of hits when he performs at Concerts in the Garden.
Michael McDonald is also sure to draw a crowd. He’s been in the music industry for close to five decades, and his voice is one of the most well-known in music. He’s won an assortment of awards, including Record of the Year when he was with the Doobie Brothers. People are also excited that Mary Chapin Carpenter will be at Concerts in the Garden. Finally, there’s Guster. This alternative rock back is quite a bit different from the other acts hitting the stage this summer. The band was formed in 1991, and it put out its last album in 2015. It’s known for its tight relationship with its fans and its fantastic live shows.
